In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "xh88," "the Company," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the xh88 platform accessible at xh88.lat and all associated subdomains and applications.
• "Platform" means the xh88 website, mobile browser interface, and all gaming, betting, and account management services offered thereon.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any natural person who has registered or is using an xh88 account.
• "Account" means a registered xh88 user account held in the Player's name.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in their xh88 account wallet available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Balance funds become eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the applicable promotion's specific terms.
• "Gaming Services" means all casino games, live dealer games, slots, sports betting, and any other gambling or wagering products available on the xh88 Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the xh88 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, comprising identity verification, age verification, and source-of-funds verification conducted by xh88.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and xh88. By accessing the xh88 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, the Player unconditionally accepts these Terms in full, including any supplementary rules, bonus terms, privacy notices, and responsible gaming policies published by xh88 from time to time.

Acceptance is effective from the earliest of: (a) the date the Player clicks "I Agree" or any equivalent confirmation during registration; (b) the date the Player first accesses any Gaming Service; or (c) the date the Player makes any deposit or withdrawal. Players are encouraged to retain a copy of these Terms for their records.

To register and use an xh88 Account, the Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• Minimum Age: The Player must be at least 21 years of age. xh88 operates a strict 21+ policy without exception. Players who misrepresent their age to gain access will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds voided.
• Legal Capacity: The Player must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to them.
• Not Self-Excluded: The Player must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by xh88 or any affiliated gaming operator.
• Single Account: The Player must not currently hold, and must not have previously held, an xh88 Account that was closed for breach of these Terms.
• Personal Use: The Player must be registering and using the Account solely for their own personal use and must not be acting on behalf of any third party.

xh88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point and to suspend account access pending satisfactory verification. Documents commonly accepted include national identity cards, passports, driving licences, and utility bills in the Player's name dated within the past three months.

Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Any provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure.

• One Account per Person: xh88 permits a maximum of one Account per natural person, household, device, shared computer, shared IP address, or payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
• Account Credentials: The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. xh88 will treat all actions performed under a Player's credentials as authorised by that Player.
• Notification of Breach: The Player must notify xh88 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect any unauthorised access to or use of their Account.
• Account Non-Transferability: xh88 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. No Account or any associated rights may be sold, transferred, pledged, or assigned to any third party.
• Account Accuracy: The Player must promptly update their registered details if any information changes, including mobile number, email address, or bank account details associated with the Account.

xh88 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Additional methods may be added or removed at xh88's discretion from time to time.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500, or as otherwise stated in the Cashier for a specific payment method.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to the Account balance within 30 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on the sending bank's processing. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon confirmation of the required number of blockchain confirmations.
• Own Funds: Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts and methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• No Credit: xh88 does not offer credit facilities. All gaming must be conducted using deposited funds or legitimately credited bonus balances.
• Currency: All Account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of confirmation.
• AML Compliance: xh88 applies anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring to all deposit activity and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in respect of any deposit or series of deposits.

Players may submit withdrawal requests in respect of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal of Bonus Balance funds is subject to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 unless otherwise stated in the Cashier.
• Verification Requirement: xh88 will not process any withdrawal until the Player's Account has passed KYC verification to xh88's satisfaction. This is a one-time process for most players, though additional documentation may be requested for higher withdrawal amounts.
• Processing Times: Withdrawals to Pakistani bank accounts and mobile wallets are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours. Processing may take longer for requests submitted on Pakistani public holidays or outside banking hours.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method and account from which the original deposit was made, subject to operational constraints. xh88 reserves the right to determine the withdrawal method.
• Withholding: xh88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or ongoing AML investigation. The Player will be notified of any such hold and the approximate reason, to the extent permissible by applicable law.

xh88 offers various promotional bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All such promotions are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's own terms.
• Single Bonus per Offer: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a Player is eligible to claim each promotional offer once only. xh88 reserves the right to limit promotional eligibility to accounts that meet specified criteria.
• Bonus Abuse: xh88 will void any bonus and associated winnings and may close an Account if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using arbitrage or matched-betting strategies to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional terms.
• xh88 Right to Modify: xh88 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including the right to correct typographical errors in stated bonus amounts or wagering requirements.
• PSL and Cricket Promotions: Seasonal cricket promotions tied to the Pakistan Super League or international Pakistan matches are subject to their own specific terms, including event result confirmation timelines and settlement rules for in-play wagering components.

All Gaming Services available on the xh88 Platform are subject to individual game rules, which govern bet placement, outcome determination, and settlement. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before wagering.

• RNG Integrity: All non-live casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited to ensure fairness. The RNG outcome determines game results and is not subject to influence by xh88 or any Player.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are produced and managed by third-party certified studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi. The rules of each live table are determined by the respective studio and are displayed within the game interface.
• Sports Betting: Sporting event bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. xh88 will not settle bets based on unofficial or provisional results unless stated in the applicable sports rules section.
• Void Bets: xh88 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a software or pricing error, human error, or event cancellation. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Real Money Balance.

• Connection Issues: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or sports bet placement, xh88's server records will be used as the definitive reference for bet status. xh88 is not responsible for connection failures caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xh88 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. xh88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account and void associated balances upon reasonable suspicion or establishment of any of the following:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud xh88 or other Players through misrepresentation, impersonation, chargebacks, or other fraudulent means.
• Money Laundering: Use of the xh88 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose, including depositing funds obtained from criminal activity.
• Software Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any xh88 game or Platform feature. Any winnings obtained through software exploitation will be voided.
• Automated Systems: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or other automated tools to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent Platform security measures without xh88's prior written authorisation.
• Collusion: Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer gaming environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account Misuse: Allowing third parties to use an xh88 Account, including sharing login credentials for joint wagering purposes.
• Harmful Conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward xh88 staff or other Players, including via the live chat interface during live casino sessions.

xh88 is committed to responsible gaming and to maintaining an environment in which Pakistani players can engage with gaming services safely, within their means, and without the risk of developing or worsening a gambling-related problem. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered xh88 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period before they become active.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is automatically restricted until the limit period resets or the Player modifies the limit (subject to the cooling-off period for increases).
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session end times after a defined period of continuous Platform use.

• Cooling-Off Period: A Player may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players experiencing significant gambling-related difficulties may request permanent self-exclusion from the xh88 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the permanent closure of the Account with no option to re-register. All content, materials, software, graphics, design elements, trademarks, service marks, and logos on the xh88 Platform — including but not limited to the xh88 brand name, logo, game interfaces, and Platform architecture — are the exclusive intellectual property of xh88 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Limited Licence: xh88 grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to these Terms.
• Restrictions: Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any xh88 Platform content without prior written consent from xh88.
• Game Content: Game content and software supplied by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to xh88 for distribution on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xh88 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the xh88 Platform.
• Any loss of real money balances arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or Force Majeure events, except where such loss is directly attributable to xh88's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Any errors in game software supplied by third-party studios, provided that xh88 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon notification.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by the Player's chosen payment provider, banking institution, or blockchain network.
• Decisions made by the Player based on information or content on the Platform that is outdated, inaccurate, or subject to change.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain types of liability, such exclusions and limitations shall apply only to the fullest extent permitted by that law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit xh88's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by xh88's gross negligence.

xh88 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at xh88.lat/privacy-policy. By registering an Account and using the Platform, the Player consents to xh88's processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Data Collected: Registration data, KYC documents, transaction records, gaming activity logs, communication records, and device and connection data.
• Data Use: Account administration, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, responsible gaming assessment, customer support, marketing communications (subject to opt-in preferences), and regulatory reporting.
• Data Security: All Player data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption at rest and in transit. xh88 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
• Retention: xh88 retains Player data for the period required by applicable KYC, AML, and licensing regulations, which may extend beyond Account closure.

xh88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where xh88 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes;
• The Player has provided false registration information;
• The Player is in fact under 21 years of age;
• Account activity presents an unacceptable AML or fraud risk;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed xh88 to close the Account;
• The Player is subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

Upon Account closure for cause, xh88 may withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed without cause by xh88, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player using the most recent approved withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting xh88 support via live chat or email. Account closure does not release the Player from any obligations that accrued prior to closure, including any amounts owed to xh88.

xh88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, xh88 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via their registered email address, Platform notification, or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the xh88 Platform following the publication of updated Terms shall constitute the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept any amendment, they must cease using the Platform and close their Account before the amendment's effective date. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at xh88.lat/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between xh88 and the Player shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to xh88's operating jurisdiction under its international online gaming licensing standards, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Disputes: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Player's use of the xh88 Platform, the Player agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting xh88 customer support. xh88 aims to respond to and endeavour to resolve all Player complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may seek resolution through arbitration or mediation in accordance with xh88's applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution procedures. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights in their jurisdiction of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
